Who we are

AdviserFlow is a product of Pinnacle Reach Limited ("we", "us"), incorporated in England & Wales. For platform data (your account, billing, usage), Pinnacle Reach Limited is the data controller. For customer data your firm uploads or captures through AdviserFlow (leads, clients, prospects), your firm is the data controller and Pinnacle Reach Limited is the data processor.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash.
  • Firm profile: firm name, timezone, ICO number, privacy contact.
  • Customer data captured by your firm: names, emails, phone numbers, enquiry notes, consent records.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamps (for security and audit logs).

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on contract to provide the platform, legitimate interests to secure the service and prevent abuse, legal obligation to keep tax and financial records, and consent for marketing communications you have opted into. Your firm chooses the lawful basis for processing its own customer data; AdviserFlow records that basis on every consent capture.

Marketing consent (PECR)

AdviserFlow captures explicit marketing consent on every public form and seminar registration. Every marketing email sent through AdviserFlow includes an unsubscribe link honoured automatically.

Where your data is stored

Customer data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure inside the UK / EEA. Data at rest and in transit is encrypted. Access is scoped by role and logged in an immutable audit trail.

Retention

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for 12 months after termination, then delete or anonymise it, except where a longer period is required by law (e.g. financial records for six years).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing. Email privacy@pinnaclereach.co.uk. If your enquiry is about data held on you by an AdviserFlow customer firm, please contact that firm directly — they are the controller of that record.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
